The regal Mountain Skál is a creature of fire and ice—a dragon of the peaks. With internal temperatures that soar to highs of 650 degrees Celsius (capable of melting even the hardest of granites), the Mountain Skál constantly searches for ways to keep cool. They are known for their approachable nature, yet choose to make their homes at the frigid edges of the world atop glaciers, where the cool air soothes their fiery form. But as the world changes, and the glaciers retreat, these noble creatures are forced to seek refuge in the shadows of the highest peaks, or among lush groves and deep caves.
